All of our homes come complete with a ten year warranty. The first year covers all materials and workmanship, followed by an
additional nine years of major structural. That means a 10 year warranty on all of our homes. Included in the base price of the home is installation of the home on your basement or cement pillar foundation, and complete finishing of the interior and exterior of the home from the floor level up. All of our homes come complete with fridge, stove, window coverings, and carpets. If you do not need the stove or fridge, then a credit will be issued toward the home.
Also, we would like to take this opportunity to mention the G.S.T. rebate. If you purchase a new home for the purpose of using it as your principle residence, you are entitled to a 36% rebate on the 5% G.S.T. paid (Farmers and Ranchers are encouraged to check with their accountants to determine the amount available to them). You have two years in which to claim it, but can only claim it once.
