What is a Modular Home?
Modular Homes are built to the same specifications and codes as site-built homes. Modular Homes are built in a controlled environment so there are no delays from weather, or worksite theft that tradional homes suffer. A Modular Home can be custom designed to fit your needs, and can be delivered and setup on your location faster than traditional site-built homes. We offer four main styles of Modular Homes: Bungalows (including 2 and 3 peice models), R.T.M.'s (built in one piece), Cape Cod style homes, and Metropolitan (designed for city lots).
