Site Preparation

Triple M Housing builds your home in their climate-controlled factory.

Once your order is placed and site prep is underway: • Triple M begins building your home indoors • Manufacturing typically takes 2-4 months depending on the time of year • Weather delays are eliminated • Quality control at every stage • We keep you updated on build progress • Factory tours can often be arranged Your home is built to exceed provincial building codes with rigorous quality standards. Timeline: 2-4 months from order to delivery-ready

Delivery & Setup

Professional delivery and setup crews transport and install your home.

Delivery day is exciting: • Trusted delivery partners transport your home to your site • Professional setup crews complete installation • Install all roof vents and components shipped loose for transport • Make any necessary adjustments • Ensure everything is level, secure, and properly sealed • Your contractors will then complete utility connections Timeline: Setup typically takes 1-3 weeks depending on home type and site conditions

Final Inspection & Move-In
