M & K Red Deer goes above and beyond. We needed a place quickly and they sold us a show home luckily. The setup and delivery was amazing. This was in Dec of 23. We have since had a few minor things and they come out every time and promptly. They recently helped us out when they weren’t even required too. Customer service here is amazing! Can’t recommend them enough!!

Randy and the service men where great to deal with once our home arrived, the quality of the house is outstanding, we are so happy with how it turned out and the little details Kimberley added really brought it all together! Although we have only been in our house for less then a month now, we are very happy that we chose M & K homes and have no doubt that they stand behind their product.

We had such an amazing experience working with Kimberley and truly can’t say enough good things about her. From the very beginning, she was incredibly patient with us as we looked at multiple homes, explored different options, and priced everything out to make sure we could find something we loved that also worked within our budget. We never felt rushed or pressured. Kimberley genuinely cared about helping us find the right home for us, not simply making a sale. When we finally found our home, she made sure every detail was exactly right and that we were getting the home that truly felt perfect for us. The care continued after the sale as well. Ian was wonderful through the delivery, follow-up, and maintenance process. He was kind, thoughtful, helpful, and made sure things were taken care of along the way. Overall, we felt incredibly well cared for by the whole M&K team. We absolutely love our home and are so grateful for the time, patience, and attention that went into helping us get here. Kimberley worked tirelessly to design and redesign to make this a perfect custom fit for us. The installation was seamless and then Randy and team continue to monitor any maintenance issues. We had the absolute best experience with M&K. From the very beginning of exploring options, right to a year into have the mobile we have been super pleased! They were fast, efficient, personable and I don’t have anything but good things to say! Price was super reasonable, the house is good quality, lots of options and flexibility and all of the things from delivery to siding they have reputable individuals taking care of. Kimberly was able to hear out what we were looking for and help us make a choice that suited us perfectly. Her knowledge, honesty and attention to details made the process so smooth, easy and fun! Randy was amazing at organizing our delivery and the homes details after it had been ordered and delivered. Him, Kim and the company went above and beyond making sure everything was ready for our move in on a short timeline. Any thing that had popped up (like a crazy wind storm blowing off a piece of siding) they addressed and fixed right away. Through a stressful process of trying to service a bare piece of land, M&K was a breath of fresh air!

I couldn’t say enough good things about the M&K family. From a long working relationship with my family’s business, to purchasing our first modular home with them. I’ll start off and say, I didn’t know anyone from the sales team and no one knew who I was. Amber helped us right from the beginning and we weren’t treated any differently than anyone else that would walk through the doors. Amber was more than happy to answer any questions we had. When it came time to building our house and picking out options, I couldn’t thank Amber enough for her patience, knowledge and sense of humour. When it came time for our delivery, we had some delays which to me is normal as we work in this industry. My house wasn’t any more important than one of our customers houses. John with Blackroad Trucking and his crew were excellent as always in delivering our house. Randy was quick to address any of our concerns after delivery and made sure we got into our house when we were planning to. I would truly recommend M&K Homes and their team to anyone. We purchased our mobile home back in September of 2022. The customer service is excellent in every aspect, from choosing floor plans to delivery and follow up service. We recently had the service team here and they actually repaired an area of floor that was damaged by a piece of new furniture-which the furniture store refused to deal with. Wow, we are very impressed! Thank you M&K Homes, you provide a great product and fantastic customer service! We definitely recommend.

We purchased our house from M and K this year and the whole process was as smooth as can be. Kim worked with us to customize so many things in our home. She did an incredible job ironing out every detail and we are so happy with the finishes and final result! I would 100% recommend buying through M and K. The quality and warranty give us such peace of mind. The whole team had great communication and got our questions answered along the way! They have such a welcoming atmosphere when you step into their office and they were always friendly and happy to help! Every stage of the process went smoothly, I can't say enough good things about the whole team!

The home was completed right on schedule and the service crew was out immediately for anything we needed. I can’t say enough on how I have been treated and taken care of by the M&k family , from ordering my house in 2021 to the delivery and set up! And even today any little issue I have which has been bare minimum if any Randy and amber from the red deer office have gone above and beyond in helping and accommodating in any way possible , I can’t reccomend them enough ! We purchased a manufactured home from M&K in 2018. We did alot of shopping around and looked at many different options. When we asked M&K what set them apart from other home sales companies, they told us their service. They were right! From designing the home with Bev to James coming out after delivery to arrange repair of any issues caused by the move to the service crew doing minor warranty work - it all exceeded our expectations. Fast forward a few years (and three children) we outgrew our home and decided to build our forever home. Randy was incredibly helpful with a cabinet hinge we needed to replace before selling the home (and also an unfortunate incident with our children where a rock met a window). The sales team helped us with pricing our home to sell and the service team will continue to help the new owners with warranty concerns. We have never had anything but exceptional service, 10/10 recommend M&K Homes in Red Deer!

We are so happy with the home we purchased from M and K in 2021. Kimi was our salesperson and she was excellent. She was very patient and helpful trying to help us get everything we wanted. We ended up having a multitude of problems with our lot in Calgary and James was there holding our hands every step of the way. He spent more hours than i can count troubleshooting issues, from helping us find someone who could drive piles into a pile of rocks, permits, contractors, plumbing issues and keeping me calm and grounded through it all. We had to delay delivery twice and none of it was M and K's fault yet he was always there to take my calls. His knowledge and experience was very much appreciated and i will always be grateful to him. We did have a few minor issues with the house that were looked after very quickly. A couple of things we waited over 6 months and finally got someone else in to fix. Nothing major, just things like very squeaky doors, and a lazy susan not hung properly. We are seniors with arthritis and these little things can be difficult to deal with. I will still give 5 stars because the good far outweighed any of the negative. I would absolutely recommend them for anyone looking to purchase a manufactured home and would call them again if i ever buy another.

My parents purchased a home from M&K in 2018. The interaction with the sales team during that process was top notch. The support over the last 5 years has been incredible. Any warranty issues have been dealt with quickly. Support has been second to none. Even when there were issues that were not M&Ks problem, they were there to provide advice, contacts and even some material supply. I have had to tear into the house a couple times due to some unfortunate water issues (nothing to do with design or construction... just bad luck. Thankful for insurance) and what I found behind the walls and floors was an incredibly well designed and constructed home. I would absolutely recommend a Triple M modular/manufactured home through M&K to anyone who was in the market.

James was excellent! We got all the info and saw some models. It will be our first choice. Extremely friendly and welcoming.

They looked after all our concerns and responsibilities before taking possession. Any issues since taking possession have been addressed immediately by Dave or James. Top notch business and team to deal with.

Talk about excellent service!!! We purchased a home in 2018 from M&K in Red Deer for onsite staff housing at our horse boarding facility and the whole experience was great. Right from the start dealing with Bev and James in the ordering process through to getting the home onsite. Now 5 years later I contacted them looking to get info on replacing a damaged blind for one of the bedrooms. Was put through to Randy in the service department who said that they had one in stock and even better that they would like to come and install it for us!! Now two days after my initial call a service tech is on his way to install the blind at no charge!!!! Can't say that I have ever dealt with a company, in any industry, that has come through with such fantastic service and that stands behind their product. I would have happily paid a price for the blind and installation but instead M&K has stepped up and made my day!! Thank you to everyone at M&K Homes in Red Deer.

We dealt with Kimberley to create a modular home for ourselves. Newly married, I moved into my husband's small home on an acreage, 800 Sq ft. approx. With 4 pets between us, we needed more room. I moved from a 1,500 Sq ft. condo, and my possessions are in storage. We desperately needed a larger home, and one built after WWII. Kimberley was fantastic! She's warm, friendly, very knowledgeable and feels just like dealing with a family member. She never pushed, and understood our wants even before we asked for them. She's so easy to work with, and so flexible and accommodating, scheduling around our free time and travel times from Leduc. We thank her and M & K Homes for our painless, affordable experience.

I purchased a 3 bed, 2 bath home from M&K, I have been living in it for a month and a half. I couldn't be happier with the home and the service. Every single crew member from sales, to site even the Red Deer office made the process so wonderful and easy. I love my home, the finishes are phenomenal and it doesn't feel like your living in a MH. It's got a ton of space to grow a family. Huge thanks to James, Dave, Marty, Brad, Amber (red deer) and everyone else that helped get me my forever home. I would recommend m&k to everyone. If your even considering a manufactured home, get to Lethbridge or Red Deer and tour the homes. Important note, those in BC, they do deliver to BC and it was the best choice.
