So happy with our new home! Kimberley was easy to deal with and it was ready to move into much earlier than expected.

We had such an amazing experience working with Kimberley and truly can’t say enough good things about her. From the very beginning, she was incredibly patient with us as we looked at multiple homes, explored different options, and priced everything out to make sure we could find something we loved that also worked within our budget. We never felt rushed or pressured. Kimberley genuinely cared about helping us find the right home for us, not simply making a sale. When we finally found our home, she made sure every detail was exactly right and that we were getting the home that truly felt perfect for us. The care continued after the sale as well. Ian was wonderful through the delivery, follow-up, and maintenance process. He was kind, thoughtful, helpful, and made sure things were taken care of along the way. Overall, we felt incredibly well cared for by the whole M&K team. We absolutely love our home and are so grateful for the time, patience, and attention that went into helping us get here. We would recommend M&K Homes. Their staff was great. Kimberly was awesome and worked with us and got our design to work after so many changes on our part . All the staff were great. Kimberley worked tirelessly to design and redesign to make this a perfect custom fit for us. The installation was seamless and then Randy and team continue to monitor any maintenance issues. We highly recommend this company for their excellence in every area.

I have been adding onto my home purchased at M and K . Randy has been very accommodating in helping me source materials to be a match along with helpful information along the way to understand my home even though it's been purchased 5 years ago. We had the absolute best experience with M&K. From the very beginning of exploring options, right to a year into have the mobile we have been super pleased! They were fast, efficient, personable and I don’t have anything but good things to say! Price was super reasonable, the house is good quality, lots of options and flexibility and all of the things from delivery to siding they have reputable individuals taking care of. Kimberly was able to hear out what we were looking for and help us make a choice that suited us perfectly. Her knowledge, honesty and attention to details made the process so smooth, easy and fun! Randy was amazing at organizing our delivery and the homes details after it had been ordered and delivered. Him, Kim and the company went above and beyond making sure everything was ready for our move in on a short timeline. Any thing that had popped up (like a crazy wind storm blowing off a piece of siding) they addressed and fixed right away. Through a stressful process of trying to service a bare piece of land, M&K was a breath of fresh air!

I couldn’t say enough good things about the M&K family. From a long working relationship with my family’s business, to purchasing our first modular home with them. I’ll start off and say, I didn’t know anyone from the sales team and no one knew who I was. Amber helped us right from the beginning and we weren’t treated any differently than anyone else that would walk through the doors. Amber was more than happy to answer any questions we had. When it came time to building our house and picking out options, I couldn’t thank Amber enough for her patience, knowledge and sense of humour. When it came time for our delivery, we had some delays which to me is normal as we work in this industry. My house wasn’t any more important than one of our customers houses. John with Blackroad Trucking and his crew were excellent as always in delivering our house. Randy was quick to address any of our concerns after delivery and made sure we got into our house when we were planning to. I would truly recommend M&K Homes and their team to anyone. Everyone was so helpful

We purchased our house from M and K this year and the whole process was as smooth as can be. Kim worked with us to customize so many things in our home. She did an incredible job ironing out every detail and we are so happy with the finishes and final result! I would 100% recommend buying through M and K. The quality and warranty give us such peace of mind. The whole team had great communication and got our questions answered along the way! They have such a welcoming atmosphere when you step into their office and they were always friendly and happy to help! Every stage of the process went smoothly, I can't say enough good things about the whole team!

I can’t say enough on how I have been treated and taken care of by the M&k family , from ordering my house in 2021 to the delivery and set up! And even today any little issue I have which has been bare minimum if any Randy and amber from the red deer office have gone above and beyond in helping and accommodating in any way possible , I can’t reccomend them enough ! We purchased our mobile home back in September of 2022. The customer service is excellent in every aspect, from choosing floor plans to delivery and follow up service. We recently had the service team here and they actually repaired an area of floor that was damaged by a piece of new furniture-which the furniture store refused to deal with. Wow, we are very impressed! Thank you M&K Homes, you provide a great product and fantastic customer service! We definitely recommend.

We would highly recommend M and K Home Sales. They have been such a great company to work with. Everyone in sales and service has been very helpful. The home was completed right on schedule and the service crew was out immediately for anything we needed. We are so happy with the quality of our home and enjoyed the amount of choices we had throughout the design process.

Talk about excellent service!!! We purchased a home in 2018 from M&K in Red Deer for onsite staff housing at our horse boarding facility and the whole experience was great. Right from the start dealing with Bev and James in the ordering process through to getting the home onsite. Now 5 years later I contacted them looking to get info on replacing a damaged blind for one of the bedrooms. Was put through to Randy in the service department who said that they had one in stock and even better that they would like to come and install it for us!! Now two days after my initial call a service tech is on his way to install the blind at no charge!!!! Can't say that I have ever dealt with a company, in any industry, that has come through with such fantastic service and that stands behind their product. I would have happily paid a price for the blind and installation but instead M&K has stepped up and made my day!! Thank you to everyone at M&K Homes in Red Deer.

One year ago we purchased a home from James at M&K Lethbridge. Such an amazing experience. From Sales to service, the promptness and professionalism are second to no one. Purchased a new modular home in late 2023 and have been extremely satisfied and happy with our decision to go with M & K Sales. They looked after all our concerns and responsibilities before taking possession. Any issues since taking possession have been addressed immediately by Dave or James. Top notch business and team to deal with.

Have nothing but good things to say about them. Home buying experience was great, delivery and setup was great. Had a few quirky issues with appliances and Dave has been fantastic to deal with. I did my research when it came to purchasing a home and I'm happy I did because I've had a great experience.
